Sony NEX-VG900 Camcorder Brings 35 mm Full Frame Sensor

Sony has just officially launched the NEX-VG900, a camcorder with a 35 mm full frame sensor. With its sensor, making this camcorder has equal level with the latest Sony digital camera, the RX1.

Sony NEX-VG900 capable of recording full HD 1080p Video at 24fps or 60fps speed and 24-megapixel photos in RAW or JPG format. Users can also make manual control of this handycam with ease and without being equipped with expensive lens.

The camera sensor also provides features to create a bokeh effect, in which the background or the foreground object is blur. For the viewfinder, the camera uses a XGA OLED touch panel and equipped Xtra Fine LCD with LED backlighting measuring 3 inches. This camcorder supports 5.1 channel due to the presence of quad-capsule microphone for voice recording.

Sony NEX-VG900 Camcorder is available in the market at a price of $3300 for the body only. For additional accessories form XLR-K1M were able to improve audio sold for $800.
